The result of toluidine blue and also laser in combination has been studied by Sawazaki. Eight clients with inflammatory fibrous hyperplasias brought on by uncomfortable dentures were chosen for the research study. Each hyperplasia was randomly separated into three areas. One was operatively removed with no treatment; one was dealt with by a 670 nm laser, 15 mW, 8 J/cm2 and then removed. The third component was dyed with TBO, and laser treated in the same way as sequel. Pole cell degranulation in the control samplings was typical 49 ´%, in the laser samplings 87% and also in the mixed TBO/laser specimens 88%. With these specifications the TBO did not have any kind of extra result.
