11/30/22Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs or WMSDs, joint injuries due to repetitive work, in Quebec) include many soft tissue pathologies (muscles, tendons, nerves). It is the most common occupational disease in developed countries today (2012). In France, most MSDs are recognized in Table 57 of occupational diseases of the general regime and in Table 39 of the agricultural regime. Other terms include "periarticular affections" or "hypersollicitation pathologies".
