The effects of 680 as well as 830 nm lasers on osseointegration was studied by Blay. 30 grown-up rats were split into three teams; two laser teams as well as one control. The rats in both laser teams had pure titanium Frialit-2 implants implanted into each proximal metaphysis of their corresponding tibias, put with a 40 Ncm torque. The preliminary security was kept track of by means of a vibration frequency analyzer. 10 irradiations were performed, 48 hrs apart, 4 J/cm2 on 2 factors, starting promptly after surgery. Vibration frequency analysis showed a considerable difference between frequency worths at 3 and 6 weeks, as contrasted to regulate. At 6 weeks the removal torque in the laser teams was a lot more than in the control group.
